1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Learn Logbook ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Learn Logbook is a comprehensive learning companion application that provides:

• Learning journal and note-taking features
• Study timer and tracking tools
• Course management system
• AI-powered study assistant
• Goal setting and progress tracking

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the current subscription rate
• Annual Plan: Billed annually at the current subscription rate

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal cost will be identified in your account settings
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings

3.3 Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the App, including journal entries, notes, and study materials.

5.2 License to Use

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates the privacy of others

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Learn Logbook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Resell or commercially exploit any portion of the App

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Educational Content

The App provides tools for learning but does not guarantee educational outcomes. The effectiveness of the App depends on individual use and effort.

9.3 AI Assistant

The AI-powered study assistant provides suggestions and help based on available information but may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Logbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn Logbook from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through the competent courts of Israel.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Learn Logbook regarding the use of the App.
